We offer a full refund or replacement for defective equipment during the rental period. For non-defective returns, a 50% refund will be provided if the equipment is returned within 48 hours of the rental start time. Beyond this window, no refunds will be issued. Late returns will incur additional charges. Customers are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment and will be charged accordingly. Any extensions or changes to the rental period must be requested and confirmed in advance. Our goal is to support your production needs while maintaining the quality of our gear and services.
Payment Policy
Payment for rentals is due at the time of reservation. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. A pre-authorization hold will be placed on your payment method for the full value of the rented equipment prior to the rental period. This hold will be released upon the safe and timely return of the gear in its original condition. Any additional charges, such as late fees, damages, or missing items, will be charged to the provided payment method after the rental period. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the rental start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time will incur a 20% cancellation fee. We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent payment process to facilitate your rental experience.

In the event that the reserved equipment is not picked up within 2 hours of the agreed-upon rental start time and no prior arrangement has been made, the reservation may be considered canceled, and the cancellation fee will apply. Pickup Policy
Gear pickup is scheduled at our store location during our regular business hours. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reserved rental start time to allow for necessary paperwork and equipment inspection. If you anticipate a delay or cannot pick up the equipment on time, kindly inform us in advance to make suitable arrangements. In the case of a late pickup without prior notice, we will hold the reservation for up to 2 hours from the agreed-upon start time; after this grace period, the reservation may be considered canceled, and our cancellation policy may apply. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient pickup process to facilitate your production needs.
Drop-off Policy
Equipment returns and drop-offs should be made at the same location where the gear was originally picked up, on the agreed-upon return day, within our business hours. It is essential to ensure that the equipment is returned in the same condition as when rented, with all included accessories and components. Late returns will incur additional charges equivalent to 50% of the daily rental rate for each day past the agreed return date. If returning after business hours, please use the designated drop-off area and follow our secure drop-off instructions. Clients are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment until it is checked in and inspected by our staff. Our aim is to facilitate a seamless return process while maintaining the quality of our gear and services.
